These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyDeskly website and subscription service. By signing up for a free trial or paid subscription, you agree to these terms.

The service

MyDeskly automatically responds to missed calls via SMS, qualifies leads using AI, and books surveys or quotes into your connected calendar on your behalf.

Free trial & billing

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you choose to continue after the trial, your subscription will be billed at the rate shown on our Pricing page via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MyDeskly only for legitimate business communications and to comply with applicable UK marketing and telecommunications regulations when contacting your customers.

Liability

MyDeskly is provided "as is". While we aim for high reliability, we are not liable for missed or delayed messages, booking errors, or indirect losses arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
